Materials
- Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
- Manna Health mix – 3tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Finely chopped carrot – 3 tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp
- Finely chopped yellow bell pepper -3 tbsp
- Finely chopped red bell pepper -3 tbsp
- Curd – 4 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Grated raw potato – 1
- Finely chopped coriander
- water as per required
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Slit green chiili – 2
- Milk- 300 ml
- Manna’s health mix – 3 tbsp
- Sugar/honey – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make this amazing wheat flour Breakfast, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of semolina, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 3 tbsp of Mana Health Mix.
- Now add one finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 3 tbsp of yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, two chopped green chilli.
- 3 –Now add 4 tbsp of curd(optional), salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, one grated raw potato.
- Now add finely chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- Now add water as required and prepare a thick paste and let it rest for 7-8 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 3/2 cup of water and place a stand into it.
- Now, close the lid and preheat the pan for 5 minutes.
- Now, take the cake tin and grease it with oil.
- After 6-7 minutes, check the batter and add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, and gently mix well.
- Now transfer the batter into the greased cake tin and spread well.
- Now, close the lid and cook the cake for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
- After 15 minutes, check the cake by inserting a toothpick into the cake: if the toothpick came out clean, this means the cake is cooked perfectly.
- Now turn off the flame, take the cake tin from the pan, and let it cool.
- Now separate the sides with the help of a knife and take out the cake from the cake tin.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- Now, place the prepared cake into the pan and roast on medium flame on both sides.
