- Soyabean Chunks – 2 cup
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Boiled Potato – 2
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Corn flour – 4 tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Corn Flakes
- Oil
Instructions
- To make the amazing Veg Soya Nuggets, take 2 cups of soya chunks, and soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
- After 10-15 minutes, drain the water, and squeeze the soya chunks.
- Next step – add soaked soya chunks into the grinding jar, make a coarsely shredded and transfer it into a bowl.
- Next step – add 2-3 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of chopped garlic, and 1 tsp of chopped ginger.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- Next step – add two boiled & grated potatoes, 3 tbsp of corn flour, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Next step – one by one, take the small portions of the mix and prepare small nuggets.
- Next step – take a small bowl, add 4 tbsp of corn starch, 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper powder.
- Next step – add water as required and prepare the slurry.
- Next step — take corn flakes, and crush them with the help of a bowl.
- Next step – one by one, dip the soya nuggets into a slurry, then coat with crushed cornflakes.
