Veg Sooji Besan Breakfast Recipe | How to make Sooji Besan Breakfast | Suji Besan Tikka Recipe
Materials
- Gram flour – 3/4 cup
- Semolina – 1/4 cup
- Red Chili – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 2.5 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Cauliflower -1/4 cup
- Tomato Chopped -1
- Onion Chopped -1
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste -1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Green Chili -5
- Ajwain – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Veg Sooji Besan Breakfast, take a bowl and add 3/4 cup of gram flour & 1/4 cup of Sooji to it.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a buttermilk consistency batter(i have used 2.5 cups of water for this consistency).
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 chopped carrot, 1/4 cup of chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion.
- Now add finely chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of Ajwain, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1 tbsp of ginger-green chilli garlic paste, and saute a little.
- Now add prepared gram flour batter, stir continuously and cook on medium flame until it turns thick.
- After the mix turns thick & leaves the pan, turn off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well.
- Now transfer the mix to a greased plate, spread well to medium thickness, and let it set for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check it (If you want, you can store these pieces into the freezer for 1 month, and whenever you want to eat, take out from freeze, roast, and enjoy).
- Now place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 5 green chill and roast well.
- After chilli turns a little white, transfer them to a plate.
- Now transfer the tikka into the pan and roast well on medium flame until golden.
- After 3 minutes, flip and take it out to a plate.
- Now again, transfer it to pan and roast on both sides until golden.
- Now, take out Veg tikka to a plate and cut it into pieces.
- Now your amazing Veg Sooji Besan Breakfast is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Veg Sooji Besan Breakfast Recipe – Step By Step

Green Chutney Recipe
1 – To make the Instant Green chutney, take a grinding jar and add coriander to it.
2 – Now add a handful of mint, 3 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of peanuts.
3 – Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt as per taste, 2 pinch asafoetida, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
4 – Now add 4 ice cubes 2 tbsp of water, blend well and make a fine paste.
5 – Now your Instant Green chutney is also ready, and you can enjoy it without Veg Sooji Besan Breakfast
