Materials
- Oil तेल – 2 tsp
- Mustard Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Green chilli – 2 to 3
- Chopped Carrot – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Crushed & Boiled Potato – 3
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Sandwich Bread
For Green Chutney
- Coriander Green chilli – 3 to 4
- Ginger – 1.5 inch
- Garlic – 5
- Futana Dana – 1.5 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
For Red Chutney
- Tomato Ketchup
- Red chilli sauce
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Veg potato sandwich, first place a pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and let them crackle.
- Now add one chopped onion, 2-3 chopped green chilli, and saute on low flame.
- Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, mix well, and roast.
- Now add 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, and saute on low flame.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and mix well.
- When all vegetables become soft, add boiled & mashed potato and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala mix everything well.
- Now add chopped coriander mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let the stuffing cool.
- Now, to make sandwich chutney, take a grinding jar.
- Now add a handful of coriander, 3-4 green chilli, 1.5-inch ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, and 1.5 tbsp of Futuna dana.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of water, grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now your Sandwich chutney is ready.
- Now, take a bowl and add tomato ketchup to it.
- Now add 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, and your red chutney is also ready.
- Now take two sandwich bread, apply green chutney on one bread and apply red chutney on the second bread.1
- Now add prepared stuffing and spread well.
- Now cover the first bread with the second bread slice.
- Now place a Tawa on flame, grease it with butter, and heat well.
- Now, apply butter on the bread sandwich and roast well.
- After some time, flip the sandwich and roast well on both sides.
- After your sandwich turns golden & crispy, transfer it to a plate and roast the next sandwich.
