This recipe is very simple and easy and you can make it with very little oil. So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Potato Veg Recipe 

  • Gram Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • Chopped Tomato – 1
  • Chopped Chillies – 3
  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Raw Potatoes – 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cheese Slice (optional)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Tomato Slices

Materials

  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour 
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 3 Chopped Chillies 
  • 1/2 cup Oats 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 2 Raw Potatoes 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Cheese Slice (optional)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Tomato Slices

Instructions

  •  To make a healthy and tasty Veg Omelette first take a Bowl and add 1/2 cup of gram flour to it.
  • Now in the bowl add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped red chillies.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of oats to it.
  • Now grind oats well and make a fine powder of it.
  • Now add 3 tbsp of Oats Powder to the Bowl and keep the rest of the oats powder aside.
  • Now to the bowl add water in batches and prepare a fine batter.
  • Now add salt as per taste and 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
  • Now add quaker oats Flavour Masala, 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  • Now mix everything well.
  • Now take 2 potatoes and peel them and grate them well and squeeze the excess water.
  • Now in the Grated potato add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, and add 2 tbsp of Oats powder.
  • Now mix everything well.
  •  Now take a pan and grease it with oil ( don’t put it on gas Now).
  • Now add all potato mix on the pan and spread well.
  • Now place the pan on flame and add little oil on the edges.
  • Now close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • After 3 to 4 minutes remove the lid and flip the potato omelette to another side.
  • Now add some cheese slices.
  • Now pour prepared batter on the top and spread well.
  • Now add some chopped coriander, and place some tomato slices and sprinkle some salt and add some drops of oil.
  • Now close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  •  After 3 to 4 minutes remove the lid and flip it to another side.
  •  Now again close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes turn off the flame and transfer the omelette to a plate.
  • Now your Veg omelette is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

Veg Omelette Recipe – Step By Step
