Materials
- Spinach – 1 Bunch
- Green Peas – 3/4 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4
- French Beans – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Carrot – 3 tbsp
- Cauliflower – 3 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Boiled Potato – 1
- Cheese – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped Mint
- Gram flour (Dry Roast) – 2 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs – 4 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Oil for Frying
For Green Dahi Chutney
- Chopped Coriander
- Green Mint
- Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4
- Chopped Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Garlic – 4 to 5
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Ice Cube – 2
Instructions
- To make the perfect Veg Hara Bhara Kabab, take one bunch of spinach, wash well & remove the stem.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add water, and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, add washed spinach, 3/4 cup of green peas, 1/2 tsp of salt, and blanch for 30-40 seconds.
- After 30-40 seconds, turn off the flame, and transfer the spinach & green peas into cold water.
- After some seconds, take out spinach & peas from the water, and squeeze well.
- Next step – add spinach & peas into a grinding jar, grind well and make a coarse paste.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 3-4 chopped green chilli, and saute well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add 3 tbsp of chopped French beans, 3 tbsp of chopped carrot, and 3 tbsp of chopped cauliflower and mix well.
- After 1 minute, add the prepared spinach mixture, salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- After the mixture is cooked well, turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- After the mix turns cool, add a grated potato, 2 tbsp of grated cheese, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, & 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of Kasoori methi, chopped coriander & mint, 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour, 4 tbsp of bread crumbs, and 1 tbsp of corn flour, and mix everything well.
- Next step – grease your hands, prepare small Kababs with the mixture and garnish them with cashew.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow fry, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add the prepared Kabab into hot oil and fry well until golden & crispy.
- After some time, flip all Kabab and fry well on both sides.
- After the Kabab turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
Dahi Chutney Recipe
- To make the amazing Dahi Chutney, take a grinding jar, two handfuls of coriander leaves, mint leaves, 2-4 green chilli, 1/2 inch of ginger, and 4-5 garlic cloves.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of salt, two pinches of asafoetida, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, two tbsp of fresh leaves, and two ice cubes, and grind everything well.

Veg Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe – Step By Step
1 – To make the perfect Veg Hara Bhara Kabab, take one bunch of spinach, wash well & remove the stem.
