  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 4 pcs
  • Capsicum – 1 pcs
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 3 pcs
  • Cheese Cubes
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Veg Cheese Paneer Ghotala Recipe – Step By Step

1: Grate Paneer: Use the medium-sized holes of a grater. Avoid grating it too fine.
2: Sauté Base: Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onions and sauté on medium-high flame till golden.
3: Add Aromatics: Add crushed ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté on low-medium flame till the raw smell goes away.

4: Add Tomatoes & Capsicum: Add the pulsed tomatoes and chopped capsicum. Sprinkle salt and mix well. Cook until they turn slightly soft.
5: Spice It Up: Add turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes. Add a splash of water to avoid burning.
6: Mix Paneer: Add the grated paneer and half a cup of hot water. Mix well. Adjust consistency as per preference.
