Materials
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Milk Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- To make perfect Tortilla Wraps, first take a bowl and add 2 cups of all-purpose flour to it.
- Now, little by little, add 2 cups of water, mix well and prepare a flowing consistency batter.
- Now add 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of milk powder, 1 tbsp of oil, and mix everything well.
- Now cover the lid and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Now, place a Nonstick Tawa/Pan on flame and heat well.
- Now pour 1 ladle full batter on the Tawa and spread thin in one direction.
- After tortilla wrap turns dry, flip it and roast on both sides.
- After your tortilla wrap turns golden, transfer it to a kitchen towel.
- Now, cover your tortilla with another kitchen towel to remain soft.
- Now follow the same steps and prepare all tortilla wraps with the remaining batter.
- When you store your tortilla wrap, place tissue paper in between every tortilla wrap ( you can store your tortilla wraps for 7 days in the fridge).
- Whenever you want to eat your tortilla wraps, take them out from the fridge and heat them; after this, you can enjoy your tortilla wraps.
