An easy and quick recipe for making healthy and delicious dry fruits ladoo for the festive season. this recipe is made with ghee/oil, no sugar and a vegan recipe.Addition of gond or edible gum is also possible in these ladoos. Dry fruits & Edible Gum is added here in this recipe which is very healthy.Its very healthy recipe as it is made with the combination of all dry fruits.
भयंकर दर्द, जोड़ो का दर्द, कमर दर्द ,घुटनों का दर्द , सब होगा छूमंतर जब खाओगे इस तरीके से बने लड्डू
Ghee – 250 gms
Gond/Edible Gum/Dink – 100 gms
Cashew Nuts – 25 gms
Almonds – 25 gms
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Lotus seeds – 4 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 200 gms
Gud/Jaggery – 350 gms
Water – 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- To make Gond Ke ladoo take a kadhai.
- Add ghee and melt on medium flame.
- Add Gond/Edible Gum/Dink in batches and fry until golden.
- Take out when crakling sound stops and keep aside.
- Add Cashew Nuts,Almonds into same ghee and Fry on low flame until golden.
- Take out and keep aside.
- Fry raisins,take out and keep aside.
- Fry Lotus seeds,take out and keep aside.
- Dry roast desiccated coconut Dry roast until golden on low flame and keep aside.
- Crush Gond/Edible Gum/Dink lightly.
- Add dry fruits in jar and make coarse powder and mix into desiccated coconut.
- Crush phool makha and mix into desiccated coconut.
- Take only heavy based kadhai and add ghee and melt.
- Add Wheat Flour and roast on low flame until golden.
- After golden and aromatic turn off flame and transfer on plate and let it cool.
- Take same kadhai,add Gud/Jaggery,Add ghee,Water and melt it.
- Melt it but do not boil too much.
- While boiling and has foam on it turn off flame.
- Add dry fruits,desiccated coconut,roasted wheat flour and mix well.
- Add Ghee cardamom powder and mix well.
- Take out the flame and do not let it cool.
- Take lemon size mix and prepare ladoos.
- Gond Ke ladoo Is ready to serve,Enjoy!!
