An easy and quick recipe for making healthy and delicious dry fruits ladoo for the festive season. this recipe is a no ghee/oil, no sugar and a vegan recipe.Addition of gond or edible gum is also possible in these ladoos. Dates is added here in this recipe which is very healthy.Its very healthy recipe as it is made with the combination of all dry fruits.

INGREDIENTS
Almonds – 50 gms
Cashew Nuts – 50 gms
Akhrot/Walnut – 50 gms
Pistachio – 2 tbsp
Melon Seeds – 1 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Dates – 250 gms
Water – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • To make dry fruits laddo take a kadhia.
  • Add Almonds,Cashew Nuts,Akhrot,Pistachio and Dry roast on low flame.
  • After golden crisp transfer on a plate.
  • In same kadhai add Melon Seeds and dry roast on low flame.
  • After golden crips transfer on a plate.
  • In same kadhai add Desiccated Coconut and dry roast on low flame.
  • After golden transfer on a plate.
  • Let all dry fruits and coconut cool.
  • Take a mixer jar add dates,water and make a fine paste.
  • Add water if required.
  • Take a zip lock packet and add dry fruits and crush them course with a roller pin.
  • Take a kadhai,Add dates paste and cook on low flame.
  • Cook until it changes colour and leaves pan.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool a bit.
  • After it is warm, add all dry fruits & coconut & raisins into dates paste and mix well.
  • Take lemon size mix and prepare ladoo.
  • Dry Fruit Ladoo is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
