Materials
- Lotus Seeds/Makhana – 25 gm
- Musk Melon Seeds – 1/2 cup
- Almonds – 1/4 cup
- Cashew nut – 1/4 cup
- Dates – 1/2 cup
- Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Desiccated Coconut – 2 cups
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Mishri – 1 cup
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Pistachio – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Healthy Summer Laddu, take 25 grams of Fox Nuts, 1/2 cup of muskmelon seeds, 1/4 cup of almonds, and 1/4 cup of cashew.
- Next step – add all ingredients into a grinding jar, and make a coarse powder.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of seedless wet dates(Chuara) into the grinding jar, and make a coarse paste.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add prepared powder and roast well on a low medium flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and mix well.
- Next step – add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and cook for 2 minutes.
- After the mixture, turns aromatic, add dates mixture and mix well.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well, and cook for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate.
- Again place the pan on the flame, add 1 cup of Mishri, and 3/4 cup of water, and melt the Mishri.
- After the Mishri turns sticky, turn off the flame.
- Next step – little by little, add prepared Mishri syrup into the prepared mixture and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tbsp of pistachio and mix well.
- Next step – one by one, prepare small laddu with the mixture.
- Now your perfect Special Summer laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
