Materials

  • Semolina/ Rava/ Sooji – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 3/4 cup

  • Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Add Water – 3 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Saffron Strands

Instructions

  • To make the most tasty and perfect Suji Ka Halwa, place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
  • Now add almonds, pistachios, and almonds and roast for 1 minute.
  • After a minute, transfer the all-dry fruits to a plate.
  • Now add raisins, roast well, and after roasting, transfer to the same plate.
  • Now add 4 tablespoons of ghee into the kadhai and heat well.
  • After the ghee is hot, add 1 cup of Suji and roast well.
  • After the Suji releases the ghee, add 1 tablespoon of gram flour and mix well.
  • While cooking the Suji, place a pan on flame, add 3 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and cook well.
  • After the syrup starts boiling, turn off the flame.
  • Now add the prepared syrup into the kadhai and mix well with sooji on low flame.
  • After the halwa turns thick, add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
