Materials
- Semolina/ Rava/ Sooji – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3/4 cup
- Cashew
- Almonds
- Pistachio
- Raisins
- Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
- Add Water – 3 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder
- Saffron Strands
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Suji Ka Halwa, place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- Now add almonds, pistachios, and almonds and roast for 1 minute.
- After a minute, transfer the all-dry fruits to a plate.
- Now add raisins, roast well, and after roasting, transfer to the same plate.
- Now add 4 tablespoons of ghee into the kadhai and heat well.
- After the ghee is hot, add 1 cup of Suji and roast well.
- After the Suji releases the ghee, add 1 tablespoon of gram flour and mix well.
- While cooking the Suji, place a pan on flame, add 3 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and cook well.
- After the syrup starts boiling, turn off the flame.
- Now add the prepared syrup into the kadhai and mix well with sooji on low flame.
- After the halwa turns thick, add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
