Stuffed Makka Paratha Recipe | How to make Makka Paratha at Home | Makke Ka Paratha Recipe
Materials
- Boiled Potato – 2 pcs
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Finely chopped ginger
- Finely chopped green chilli
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander
- Makke Ka Atta – 1 cup
- Ghee/Cooking oil
Instructions
- To make the perfect Stuffed Makke Ke Parathe, take a bowl, add 2 boiled potatoes and mash them.
- Now add 1 pinch of asafoetida, 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger & green chilli, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now take a wide plate, and add 1 cup of Makke Ka Atta to it.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of oil, 1/2 cup of milk(little by little) and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water as required, knead well and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now, apply water to the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now, take a small portion of dough and prepare the round & flatten dumplings with them.
- Now, dust flour on the rolling board and place a dough dumpling.
- Now add 1 tbsp of stuffing to the dough like in the following image.
- Now place the second dumpling on the first dumpling and seal on all sides.
- Now roll the dumpling by pressing it with your fingers.
- Now place a Tawa on flame, and grease it with ghee.
- Now place the prepared paratha on the Tawa, apply water to it and roast well on low flame.
- After 1-2 minutes, flip the paratha, apply ghee to it and roast on both sides.
- After the Paratha turns golden and crispy, transfer the paratha to a plate and roast the next paratha.
- Now your Perfect Stuffed Makke Ke Parathe is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
