Materials
- Tomato – 2
- Red chilli – 8-10 pcs
- Coriander Garlic (Lahsun) – 6-7
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Tomato catchup – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Rice flour – 250 grams
- Salt as per taste
- Hot water
- Tomato – 2
- Red Chilli – 8-10 pcs
- Coriander Garlic (Lahsun) – 6-7
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Tomato catchup – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Rice flour – 250 grams
- Salt as per taste
- Hot water
Instructions
- To make the amazing Spicy Rice flour cake, take 2 tomatoes(make a cross mark on both tomatoes), and 8-10 red chilli(remove the stalk & inside seeds from the chilli).
- Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add water, and heat well.
- After the water starts boiling, add tomatoes, and red chilli and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5 minutes turn off the flame, transfer the tomatoes & chilli to a plate and peel the skin of the tomatoes.
- Next step – take a grinding jar, add boiled tomatoes & chilli into it.
- Next step – add green coriander, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp of soya sauce, and 1/2 tsp of white vinegar.
- Next step – grind everything well and make a fine paste.
- Next step – take a wide bowl, add 250 grams of rice flour, and salt as per taste and mix well.
- Next step – little by little add hot boiling water, mix well with the help of a spoon and prepare a semi-hard dough.
- Now cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the dough and knead well one more time.
- Next step – roll the dough and cut it into small pieces.
- Next step – take a portion of dough(keep the remaining pieces covered) and prepare a thin log with it.
- Next step – cut the log into 1.5-inch pieces.
- Now prepare the log with the remaining pieces and cut them into 1.5-inch pieces.
- Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add water to it and boil.
- After the water is boiling, add prepared rice sticks into the water, close the lid cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
- After 6-7 minutes take out rice sticks to a bowl and coat them with oil so that they don’t stick.
- Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, and roast well.
- After some seconds, add 1 chopped onion and roast a little.
- After the onion turns little pink, add prepared tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now add prepared rice sticks and mix everything well.
- Next step – add chopped spring onion greens, 1.5 cups of hot water, and mix well.
- Next step – close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes turn off the flame, garnish it with roasted sesame seeds, and chopped spring onion greens.

Spicy Rice Flour Cake Recipe – Step By Step
