Sooji Rasmalai Recipe | How to make Sooji Rasmalai at Home | Semolina Rasmalai Recipe
Materials
- Sooji – 1 cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Full cream milk – 4 cups
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Full cream milk – 1 liter
- Sugar – 100 grams
- Cardamom powder – 5 pcs
- Saffron strands
- Mix dry fruits
Instructions
- To make the amazing Sooji Rasmalai, place a pan on flame and add 1 liter of full cream milk.
- Now boil the milk on medium flame until it turns 1/4 of its quantity and stirs continuously.
- After some time, add one pinch of saffron strands( soaked into milk) and mix well.
- Now add 100 grams of sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits, mix well, and cook on low flame.
- After your Rabri turns thick & reduces to 1/4 of its quantity, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now place another pan on flame, add 1 liter of milk and boil on medium flame.
- After milk starts boiling, 2 tbsp of ghee, 4 tbsp of sugar, and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add 1 cup of semolina, mix well, and cook until it turns thick.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- After the mix has cooled down, knead well and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, take a small portion of dough and make dumplings with it.
- Now, prepare the dumplings with the remaining dough.
- Now pour prepared Rabri on the Rasmalai Dumplings.
- Now your perfect Sooji Rasamalai is ready, and you can enjoy it.
