Materials
- 1 cup Sooji/Semolina
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- Choco Spread
- Cake Sprinkles
Instructions
- To make a Perfect soft Suji chocolate cake Frist of all take 1 cup of suji.
- Now take a Grinding jar and add suji to it and also add 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Now grind both and make a fine powder.
- Now into grinding jar add 1/4 cup of cooking oil, 1/2 cup of fresh curd ( Do not use Sour Curd), 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, and blend everything for 1 minute.
- Now transfer it into a Bowl.
- Now if you see the batter is thick then add some milk and prepare a ribbon Consistency batter.
- Now let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now take a cooker and place a stand in it.
- Now take the cooker lid and remove the whistle and cooker gasket.
- Now put the lid on the cooker and preheat the cooker for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame.
- Now take a cake tin and grease it with oil and place butter paper in it and grease butter paper with oil.
- Now after 10 to 15 minutes check the batter and add 1 tsp of vanilla essence (Optional).
- Now add 1 packet of Eno fruit salt and to activate it add 1 tsp of milk and mix everything well in one direction.
- Now transfer the batter into the cake tin and do not fil more than 3/4 of tin.
- After the cooker becomes the hot place the cake tin into it and put the lid on it.
- Now cook it on a low medium flame for 30 to 35 minutes.
- If you want to cook it in the oven then bake at 180-degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Now after 30 to 35 minutes check it with help of a toothpick if the toothpick is clean then the cake baked perfectly.
- Now take out the cake from the cake tin on a plate or platform and remove butter paper.
- Now take choco spread and spread it on the cake and add some cake sprinkles.
- Now your Suji chocolate cake is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
