Materials
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon
- Bay Leaf – 2 pcs
- Black Cardamom – 1 pcs
- Green Cardamom – 4 pcs
- Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Clove – 5 pcs
- Red Chilli – 2 pcs
- Onion – 4 pcs
- Green Chilli – 4 pcs
- Garlic – 15 cloves
- Ginger – 1.5 inch
- Tomato – 4 pcs
- Soaked Cashew – 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Curd – 1/4 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp Oil – 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 300 gm
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Cream – 3 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Shahi Paneer, place a kadhai on flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, cinnamon, 2 bay leaves, 1 black cardamom, 4 green cardamom, 1 tsp of black pepper, and 5 cloves, and sauté a little.
- After some time, add 4 roughly chopped onions and roast until pink.
- After the onion turns a little pink, add 4 green chilies, 15 garlic cloves, and 1.5 inches of ginger, and roast a little.
- Now add 4 chopped tomatoes and roast well for a minute.
- After a minute, add 3 tablespoons of soaked cashew and cook well.
- Now add 1 glass of hot water and salt as per taste, and cook for 10 minutes with a closed lid.
- After 10 minutes, remove the lid and separate the Khade Masale.
- Now add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1/4 cup of fresh curd, and mix well.
- After cooking for some time, turn the flame to low and cook on a low, medium flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
- After the mix cools, add it to a grinding jar and make a fine paste.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.
- 16: After the butter melts, add 1 tbsp of grated garlic, and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and roast a little.
- Now add the prepared gravy and cook well with a closed lid.
- Now add paneer pieces, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori methi, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and 3 tablespoons of cream, and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon of sugar, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and garnish it with Rogan, chopped coriander, and cream.
- Now your perfect Shahi Paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
