Sandwich Green Chutney Recipe | How to make Sandwich chutney at Home | Hari Chutney Recipe
In this post, I will share an easy and straightforward recipe to make the Perfect Sandwich Green chutney at home.
Materials
- 5-6 pcs Green Chllies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 2 cups Coriander
- Salt as Per taste
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Namkeen Sev
Instructions
- To make Perfect sandwich chutney, first take a grinding jar.
- Now, into grinding jar add 6 pcs green chilli, 1 inch of ginger, 1 tbsp of roasted peanuts( Alternatively, you can use roasted chana dal).
- Now add 2 cups of green coriander, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Now add 2 tbsp of cold water or ice cubes, 2 tbsp of Namkeen Sev and add sugar if needed.
- Now grind everything well and make a fine paste.
- Now your Sandwich green chutney is entirely ready.
- Now, to store it for a long time, take an ice tray.
- Now fill the ice tray with prepared chutney.
- Now, put the ice tray into the freezer for 2 hours to set.
- After 5 hours, take out the ice tray from the fridge.
- Now, transfer chutney ice cubes from the ice tray to a zip lock packet.
- Now, put the zip lock packet into the freezer, and now you can store it for six months.
- When you want to use this chutney, take an ice cube and leave it for some time to melt it, and then you can use it.
- The second way to store it take small containers, fill them with sandwich chutney and keep them in the freezer.
