Materials
- Sadudana – 200 gms
- Boiled Mashed Potato – 2
- Paneer – 5 tbsp
- Singhara Flour/Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chillies – 2 pcs
- Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds
- Chaat Masala
Instructions
- To make the Sabudana Paneer Vada, take a bowl and add 2boiled mashed potato to it.
- Now add 200 grams of soaked Sadudana(soaked for 1/2 hour), and 5 tbsp of cheese.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp of singhara flour/cornflour.
- Now add finely chopped green chilli, chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- One by one, take small portions of the mix and prepare round Vada with them.
- Now, place an appam pan on flame and grease it with oil.
- Now place prepared Vada into all moulds and apply oil on them.
- Now roast all vada on all sides until they turn golden.
- After the Vada turns golden, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
- Now your amazing Sabudana Paneer Vada is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.

Sabudana Paneer Vada Recipe – Step By Step
