Roll Cut Kulfi Making Tips
Utilize full-fat milk: Kulfi needs full-fat milk to have the proper creaminess and texture. Low-fat or skim milk will not work as well.
Milk must be reduced by simmering it for a long period at a low temperature while stirring it regularly to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pan in order to achieve a rich and thick consistency.
After the milk has decreased, add sugar and any flavourings you choose, like saffron, cardamom, or rose water. Stir thoroughly and allow the mixture to cool.
Serve right away after garnishing the kulfi with chopped nuts like pistachios or almonds.
Try several flavour combinations to find your favourite; kulfi is a dessert that can be prepared in a variety of ways.
