Rice Milk Peda Recipe | How to Make Rice Milk Peda at Home | Easy Sweet Recipe
Materials
- Rice Flour – 1 cup(150gms)
- Milk – 1 + 3/4 cup
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Rose Essence – 8 drops
Instructions
- To make amazing Rice Milk Peda, first place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of rice flour, and dry roast a little on low flame.
- Now turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now place another pan on flame and add 400 ml of milk and boil well.
- After milk starts boiling, add 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut and mix well; alternatively, use cashew powder.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar and mix well and melt well on low, medium flame.
- Now add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well and boil until sugar melts.
- After sugar melts, turn the flame to low, and little by little, add roasted rice flour and mix well with a whisker.
- Now cook on low flame until it starts leaving the pan.
- After some time, add eight drops of rose essence and mix well and cook.
- After Mix starts leaving the pan and transfer the Mix to a bowl and let it a little cool and keep it covered.
- After the Mix is a little cool, take a small portion of the Mix and prepare a Peda.
- Now coat it with desiccated coconut and prepare Peda with the remaining Mix.
- Now your Rice Milk Peda is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
