Rice Flour Namak Para Recipe | How to make Rice Flour Namakpare at Home
Materials
- Water – 1 Cup + 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes -1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Chopped Curry Leaves
- Chopped Coriander
- Rice flour – 1 Cup
- Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- First, place a kadhai on flame, add 1 cup + 4 tbsp of water to it.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tsp of oil, 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, chopped curry leaves and finely chopped coriander and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, little by little, add 1 cup of rice flour and mix everything well.
- After mixing well, turns off the flame, close the lid and leave it for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, check the dough and transfer it to a bowl.
- Now add 2 tbsp of gram flour, knead well and prepare a smooth dough.
- Now, take a portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now, cut the edges and remove the side parts.
- Now, prick the rolled dough with the help of a fork.
- Now, cut it into any shape your want with the help of a Gujiya cutter.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
- After the oil is medium hot, add prepared Namak para into oil and fry well on low to medium flame.
- After your Namakpare turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect Rice Flour Namak Para is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
