Materials
- 1.5 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Nigella
- 1/2 tsp Caraway
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Finely chopped green chili
- 4-5 Finely chopped garlic
- 1 inch Grated ginger
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup Freshly grated coconut
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Rice Flour Kachori First place a pan on flame and add 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of nigella, 1/2 tsp of caraway, 1 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of salt, and boil.
- After a bit of boil, add 2 finely chopped green chili, 4-5 finely chopped garlic, 1 inch of grated ginger and mix everything well and boil.
- After water boiling completely, little by little, add 1 cup of rice flour and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and mix everything well.
- Now transfer the dough into a bowl and let it little cool.
- Now add 1/4 cup of freshly grated coconut, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, a few drops of oil, mix everything well, and prepare a dough.
- Now, take a part of the dough and roll it with the help of a roller pin.
- Now, cut it into a circle shape with the help of a cutter.
- Now, transfer removes the excess dough, transfers all kachori on a plate, and prepares kachori from the remaining dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, one by one, add prepared kachori into oil and fry well until kachori turns golden and crisp.
- After all kachori turns golden and crisp, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Instant Rice flour kachori is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
