This recipe is very Snacky , Spicy flavoured which is very tasty & spiced with carom seeds, & many more Spices.In this way many snacks can be prepared like Mathri , Namkeen , Mixture.It can be served in tea time Snacks.It is very tasty, instant & easy to make.This is a great Snack to carry while travelling.
सर्दी की सुबह कुछ चटपटा मजेदार स्नैक्स खाने का मन करेतो ये नाश्ता एकबार बनाकेदेखें Rice Flour Snacks
Water – 1.5 cup
Oil – 2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Carom Seeds/Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji/Nigella Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Dry fenugreek/Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep fry
- To make Rice Flour crispy snack.
- Take a kadhai add water,oil,Asafoetida,Carom Seeds/Ajwain,Kalonji/Nigella Seeds,Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix well and boil on medium flame.
- After boil on low flame add in batches and mix well without lumps.
- Mix well until forms dough and turn off flame.
- Transfer into plate and let it cool slightly.
- After cool down add Dry fenugreek/Kasuri Methi.
- Grease hands and mix well and prepare dough.
- Transfer into a bowl and close plate so dough doesnt dry.
- Take small ball size mix and prepare ball,Press with palm and flatten.
- Take a kadhai add oil and heat well.
- Add prepared patties into oil and fry on medium flame.
- Rotate with spoon and fry on all sides.
- Fry until golden crisp.
- After golden crisp take out and transfer on tissue.
- Rice Flour crispy snack is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
