Materials
- Rice Flakes – 1 cup
- Boiled Potato – 2 ( grated)
- Chopped Onion – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Yellow Capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Ginger & green chilli coarse paste – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Coarse Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Rice flour – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Roasted peanut coarse powder – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Eggless Mayonnaise – 4 tsp
- Coriander chutney – 2 tsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Poha Cutlet, take 1 cup of Poha, wash well and soak it for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, drain the water and transfer the soaked Poha into a big bowl.
- Next step – mash the Poha with your hands and prepare a dough.
- Next step – add two boiled & grated potatoes, 3 tbsp of chopped onion, 3 tbsp of chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of yellow capsicum, and 1 tbsp of ginger-green chilli paste.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tbsp of coarse coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and salt as per taste.
- Next step – add 2-3 tbsp of rice flour, 2 tbsp of roasted peanut powder, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Next step – one by one, prepare small cutlets with the prepared mixture.
- Next step – decorate all cutlets with the sesame seeds.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add the prepared cutlet into the oil and fry well until golden & crispy.
