- 1 cup Fresh Coriander
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 5-6 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Liter Water
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Pani Puri Masala
- 1/4 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Boondi
Ingredients For Meetha Pani/Water
- 50 gram Seedless Tamarind
- 1 cup Hot water
- 100-150 gram Crushed Jaggery
- 1/4 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
- 1 liter Water
Instructions
Pani Puri Tikha Hara Pani
- To make Pani Puri Tikha Hara Pani( Green spicy water) first take 1 cup of fresh coriander.
- Now take a grinding jar and add green Coriander, 1/2 cup of mint leaves, 5-6 green chili, 1-inch ginger, and add little water to it.
- Now grind everything well and prepare a fine paste.
- Now transfer the paste into a Bowl.
- Now in the bowl add 1 liter of water, and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of white salt, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of Pani puri masala and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
- Now filter the water with the help of a sieve.
- Now add 3 tbsp of Boondi and add 4 ice cubes.
- Now your Tikha Hara Pani is ready and you can enjoy it.
- If you want to store it for a long time then convert this water into ice cubes and then store it in the freezer
Pani Puri Mitha Pani
- To make Pani Puri Mitha Pani take 50 Gram of Seedless Tamarind in a bowl.
- Now add 1 cup of hot water into the bowl and soak tamarind for 30 minutes.
- After 30 Minutes transfer Tamarind water into a Grinding jar.
- Now grind it well and prepare a fine Paste.
- Now strain it to remove the peel.
- Now place a pan on flame and add tamarind paste to it.
- Now add 80 to 100 grams of crushed jaggery and mix well on medium flame.
- After the jaggery melted well, add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1/2 tsp of black salt, and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, and mix everything well.
- After it starts coating on spatula then turn off the gas and let it cool.
- Now if you want to store it transfers it into an air-tight box and store it for 2 months.
