Materials
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Ginger
- Green Chilli
- Coriander Seed – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Boiled Potato – 4
- Salt as per Taste
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Processed Cheese – 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Mithi Chutney – 2 tbsp
- Paneer
- Bread Crumbs
- Kalonji – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Oil
Kabab Chutney Recipe
- Coriander
- Mint Leaves – 1 cup
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilli – 4 to 5
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 tsp
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Ice Cubes – 2
Instructions
- To make the perfect paneer kabab, place a pan on flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After hot oil, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of finely chopped green chili, and 1 tsp of grated ginger, and roast well.
- After a few seconds, add coriander seeds and one tablespoon of gram flour and roast well.
- Add one teaspoon of red chili flakes and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and mix well.
- Now add four boiled, crushed potatoes, salt as per taste, and one teaspoon of chaat masala, and mix everything well.
- After mixing well, add a little water, mix well, and cook well.
- After cooking well, add two tablespoons of grated processed cheese and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of Kasoori methi, chopped coriander, and two tbsp of tamarind chutney and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame and keep the stuffing aside.
- Now cut the paneer into small, round pieces.
- Now cut the round paneer pieces into two pieces, like in the following image.
- Now take one paneer slice, add prepared stuffing to it, and place the second paneer slide on top of it like a sandwich.
- Take the bread crumbs, add one teaspoon of Kalonji, one teaspoon of cumin seeds, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Now, one by one, coat the paneer kabab with the prepared bread crumbs.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add oil for roasting, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, place the prepared paneer kabab into the pan and roast on both sides until golden and crispy.
- After the paneer turns golden and crispy, transfer the paneer kabab onto a plate and roast the next batch.
- Now your perfect paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Kabab Chutney Recipe
1: Take a grinding jar and add 2 cups of coriander leaves, 1 cup of mint leaves, 4-5 spinach leaves, 7-8 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, and 4-5 green chilies.
2: Now add salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, and lemon juice.
