- Carrot – 1
- Chopped Coriander
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Semolina – 4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes
- Oil
Instructions
- To make the perfect Instant Palak Methi Cheela, one bowl of chopped palak, 1/2 bowl of chopped methi, one grated carrot, and chopped coriander.
- Next step: take a bowl, add 1 cup of gram flour, 4 tbsp of fine semolina, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of asafoetida.
- Next step: add one tablespoon of green chili-ginger-garlic paste; little by little, add water; mix well, and prepare a batter.
- Next step: add chopped palak, chopped methi, grated carrot, and mix well.
- Next step: place a Tawa on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- Next step: pour the prepared batter into the tawa and cook.
- After a few seconds, add the oil on the Cheela and roast well.
