Materials
- Chopped Kheera – 2
- Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
- Peanuts – 1 tbsp
- Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Green chillies – 2
- Chopped coriander
- Rock salt
- Lemon juice
- Sabudana – 1 cup
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Pepper powder
- Chopped green chillies – 2
- Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Chopped coriander
- Crushed roasted peanuts
- Samak rice flour – 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing No Fry Vrat Ka Khana, take a grinding jar, add 2 chopped Kheera, 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp of peanuts, 1/2 inch of ginger, 2 green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, rock salt, and lemon juice.
- Now add a little water, grind well, and make a fine paste.
- Now your perfect Kheere Ki Chutney is completely ready.
- Now take 1 cup of Sabudana and add 1/2 cup of curd, 1 cup of water, and mix well.
- Now cover the Sabudana and soak it for 3 hours.
- After three hours, check the Sabudana and transfer into a bowl.
- Now add rock salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, chopped green chillies, ginger, chopped coriander, and crushed peanuts.
- Now add 2-3 tbsp. of samak rice flour and mix everything well.
- Now prepare small balls with the prepared dough.
- Now place an Appe pan on flame, grease it with ghee, and heat well.
- Now place the prepared balls into the pan and roast well with the closed lid.
- After some time, remove the lid and flip the all and roast until golden.
- Now your perfect No Fry Vrat Ka Khana is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
