Materials
- Mint leaves – 1 bowl
- Mishri – 2 bowl
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- White salt – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1/2 bowl
- Sabza Seeds
- Boondi
- Soda
Instructions
- To make the most refreshing Nimbu Pudina Sharbat, take one bowl mint leaves.
- Next step – into a grinding jar, add mint leaves and two ice cubes, and make a fine paste.
- Next step – take 2 bowl of Mishri(sugar candy) and crush it well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add crushed Mishri, one bowl of water, and melt on medium flame.
- After the Mishri melts & turns sticky, add the mint paste and mix well on high flame until thick
- Next step – take a bowl, add 1 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of white salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, and mix well.
- After the syrup turns thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.8 – After the syrup turns cool, add prepared masala and 1/2 bowl of lemon juice and mix well.
- Next step – filter the syrup with the help of a strainer.

- To prepare the sharbat, add ice cubes to the glass.
