Mysore Pak Recipe | How to make Mysore Pak at Home | Easy Besan Barfi Recipe
Materials
- Gram Flour – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the amazing and perfect Mysore Pak, take 1 cup of gram flour and filter it through a strainer.
- Now add 1 cup of ghee, add 1/4 cup of ghee, and mix well.
- Now place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and a little cardamom powder, and melt the sugar on medium flame.
- After the syrup turns sticky, add the Besan mixture and mix well on low flame.
- After cooking for some time, add the remaining 3/4 cup of ghee in batches and cook until it leaves the pan.
- After adding the all-ghee, cook on high flame
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, transfer it to a greased pan and let it set for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, de-mold the pak on top of a platform and cut it into pieces.
- Now your perfect Mysore Pak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
