Materials

  • Gram Flour – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • To make the amazing and perfect Mysore Pak, take 1 cup of gram flour and filter it through a strainer.
  • Now add 1 cup of ghee, add 1/4 cup of ghee, and mix well.
  • Now place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and a little cardamom powder, and melt the sugar on medium flame.
  • After the syrup turns sticky, add the Besan mixture and mix well on low flame.
  • After cooking for some time, add the remaining 3/4 cup of ghee in batches and cook until it leaves the pan.
  • After adding the all-ghee, cook on high flame
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan, transfer it to a greased pan and let it set for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, de-mold the pak on top of a platform and cut it into pieces.
  • Now your perfect Mysore Pak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
