Easy Mix Veg Recipe | How to make Mix Veg at Home | Mix Vegetable Curry Recipe
Materials
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Chopped Beans
- Chopped Potato – 2
- Chopped Carrot – 2
- Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- Paneer – 100 grams
- Bay Leaf /Tej Patta – 2
- Cinnamon Stick/Dalchini – 2 Green
- Cardamom – 3 Black
- Cardamom – 1
- Cloves/Laung – 4
- Dried Red Chili – 2
- Cumin Seed/Jeera – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 2
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli – 2
- Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Grated Garlic (Lahsun) – 1 tbsp
- Cashew nut – 10 to 12
- Chopped Tomato – 2
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Grated Paneer – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Fresh Cream/Malai – 2 tbsp
- Red & green chilli
- Chopped Coriander
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori Methi
Instructions
- To make the perfect Dhaba style mix Veg first, take mix vegetables (1 chopped capsicum, chopped french beans, chopped cauliflower, 2 chopped potatoes, 2 chopped carrot, 1/2 cup of green peas, 100 grams of paneer cubes).
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add oil for shallow fry, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, add chopped potatoes and fry well for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1 minute, add chopped carrot and fry well.
- After 1 minute, add chopped beans, chopped capsicum, chopped cauliflower, and fry well for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add green peas, mix well, and roast.
- After all vegetable turns a little golden & soft, transfer them to a plate.
- Now add paneer cubes into hot oil and fry well.
- After the paneer turns a little golden and soft, transfer it to a plate.
- Now into hot oil, add 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 4 cloves, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 chopped onion, and roast well on low medium flame.
- After some time, turn the flame to medium, add 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of grated garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 dry red chillies, and mix well and roast.13
- After the onion turns brown, add 10-12 cashew, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, and mix well.
- Now cover the lid and cook for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, check the tomatoes, and transfer the 60% gravy masala to a bowl.
- Now into kadhai, add all shallow fry vegetables, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of Degi-Mirch powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add 2-3 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add 60% gravy masala and make a fine paste.
- Now add gravy paste into the pan and mix well.
- Now add little water, salt as per taste, mix well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, check the gravy and add 3-4 tbsp of grated cheese, 2 tbsp of milk cream, 2 slit green chillies, 2 slits of red chillies, finely chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, fried paneer, Kasuri methi, and mix well on low flame.
- Now garnish it with chopped tomatoes, slit ginger, and chopped coriander and turn off the flame.
- Now your Perfect Dhaba Style Mix Veg is ready, and you can enjoy it.

Mix Veg Recipe – Step By Step

10 – Now into hot oil, add 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 4 cloves, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 chopped onion, and roast well on low medium flame.
11 – After some time, turn the flame to medium, add 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp salt, and mix well.
12 – Now add 1 tbsp of grated garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 dry red chillies, and mix well and roast.
13 – After onion turns brown, add 10-12 cashew, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, and mix well.
14 – Now cover the lid and cook for 1 minute.
15 – After 1 minute, check the tomatoes, and transfer the 60% gravy masala to a bowl.
16 – Now into kadhai, add all shallow fry vegetables, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of Degi-Mirch powder, and mix everything well.
17 – Now add 2-3 tbsp of water and mix well.
18 – Now, take a grinding jar, add 60% gravy masala and make a fine paste.
19 – Now add gravy paste into the pan and mix well.
20 – Now add little water, salt as per taste, mix well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
21 – After 2 minutes, check the gravy and add 3-4 tbsp of grated cheese, 2 tbsp of milk cream, 2 slit green chillies, 2 slits of red chillies, finely chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, fried paneer, Kasuri methi, and mix well on low flame.
22 – Now garnish it with chopped tomatoes, slit ginger, and chopped coriander and turn off the flame.
