Materials
- Green Chilli – 250 gm
- White Vinegar – 1/2 cup
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek – 1 tsp
- Yellow Mustard Dal – 3 tbsp
- Mustard Oil – 1/2 cup
- Nigella Seeds – 1 tsp
- Charcoal
- Asafoetida
Instructions
- To make the amazing Hari Mirch Ka Achar, take 250 grams of green chilies and cut them into small pieces.
- Now add 1.5 tbsp of salt and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of vinegar and mix well.
- Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds, and 3 tbsp of yellow mustards.
- Now place the pan on flame and heat for 30-40 seconds.
- Now take a grinding jar, add masala mix, 1/2 tsp of asafoetida, black salt, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and make a coarse powder.
- Now place the pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of mustard oil, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now add achar masala into the green chillies and mix well.
- Now add mustard oil and 1 teaspoon of Kalonji and mix well.
