Materials
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 cup Gud/Jaggery
- 2 cups Milk Powder
Instructions
- To make Doodh Gud Peda, first take a bowl and add 3/4 cup of milk.
- Now add 2 tbsp of ghee, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 1/2 cup of jaggery.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add the prepared mix to it, mix well, and melt the jaggery.
- After jaggery melts, turn off the flame, and little by little, add 2 cups of milk powder and mix well.
- Now, turn on the flame and cook it on low flame until it starts leaving the pan.
- Now, to check that mix is cooked perfectly, take a small part of the mix and prepare a ball; if the ball does not stick on your hands, this means the mixture is cooked completely.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer the mix into a bowl and let it cool for some time.
- Now, take a small size of the mix and prepare a small Peda and design it with your finger.
- Now garnish it with pistachio.
- Now prepare Peda from the remaining mix.
- Now your Doodh Pud Peda is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
