- Skimmed Milk Powder – 1 cup 200 gm
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Tagar/Bura – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- To make the perfect Mathura Ke Pede, place a pan on a flame, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add 1 cup of milk powder and cook on medium heat.
- After some time, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, mix well, and cook.
- After the milk powder turns golden, add 1/2 cup of milk, mix well, and cook.
- After the mix turns dark golden, add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame, transfer the mix into a bowl, and let it cool.
- After the mix cools, add 1/2 cup of tagar or sugar powder and mix well.
- Now prepare a small peda with the mix and coat it with sugar powder.
