Materials
- Soya Chaap Sticks – 500 gm
- Oil for frying
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Curd – 3 to 4 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Onion – 4 pcs
- Green Chilli – 3 to 4 pcs
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic Lahasun – 10 to 12
- Cloves
- Coriander leaves
- Tomato – 3 Oil – 2 tbsp
- Black Cardamom Kali Elaichi – 1 pcs
- Cinnamon Sticks
- Green Cardamom Pods- 2 pcs
- Cloves (Lavang) – 3 to 4 pcs
- Bay Leaf/ Tej Patta -1 pcs
- Red Chili Lal Mirch – 2 pcs
- Cumin Jira – 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp

Masala Soya Chaap Recipe – Step By Step
1: To make the tastiest and perfect soya masala chaap, take 500 grams of soya chaap sticks and remove the sticks from the soya chaap.
2: Now cut the soya chaap into small pieces, like in the following image.
3: Now place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow frying, and heat on medium flame.
4: After the oil is hot, add the soya pieces and fry on medium heat until golden.
5: After the soya pieces turn golden, transfer the soya pieces into a bowl.
6: Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, 3–4 tbsp of curd, and salt as per taste, and mix everything gently.
7: Now keep the soya pieces aside and let them marinate.
8: Now place a pan on a flame, add one tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
9: Now place the four whole onions (peeled), garlic cloves, coriander stem, ginger, and green chilies and roast well.
10: After roasting well, add three roughly chopped tomatoes and roast for 1–1.5 minutes.
11: After 1–1.5 minutes, turn off the flame and let everything cool.
12: After the mix cools, add the mix and a little water to a grinding jar and make a fine paste.
13: Now place a Kadhai on the flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
14: After the oil is hot, add one black cardamom, a cinnamon stick, two cardamom pods, 3–4 cloves, one bay leaf, two dry red chilies, and one teaspoon of cumin seeds, and roast a little.
15: Now add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and roast a little.
16: After a minute, add the prepared paste and cook on medium heat.
17: After the gravy releases the oil, add the marinated soya cheap and cook for two minutes.
18: After two minutes, add 1 cup of water and cook for 5–6 minutes with a closed lid.
19: After 5 minutes, add 1/4 tsp of garam masala and 1 tsp of kasoori methi and leave it for 1 minute with a closed lid.
20. Now your perfect Soya Chaap Masala is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
