Materials
- Semolina – 200 gm
- Wheat Flour – 100 gm
- Salt as per Taste
- Sugar – 1/4 tsp
- Curd – 100 gm
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida
- Chana dal – 1 tsp
- Urad dal – 1 tsp
- Dried Red Chili – 2
- Curry Leaves
- Onion प्याज – 1
- Ginger
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Boiled Potato – 4
- Lemon Juice
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Masala Dosa Sandwich, take a grinding jar, add 2 cups of semolina, 100 grams of rice flour, salt as per taste, and a pinch of salt, and grind everything.
- Transfer the prepared mix into a bowl, add 100 grams of curd, and mix well.
- Now add water as required and prepare a thick batter.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, asafoetida, 1 tsp of chana dal, 1 tsp of urad dal, two dry red chillies, and curry leaves, and roast well.
- Now add chopped onion, 1 inch of chopped ginger, and 2-3 chopped green chilies, and roast a little.
- Now add salt as per taste, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, and mix well.
- Now add 4 boiled, crushed potatoes and mix well.
- After roasting a little, add a little water and cook for some time.
- Now turn off the flame, add lemon juice and chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now check the batter, add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and a little water, and mix well.
- Now take the sandwich maker and grease it with oil.
- Now fill the prepared batter, add the prepared stuffing, and cover the stuffing with the batter.
- Now cook the sandwich for two minutes on both sides.
