  • Foxnuts – 80 gram
  • Milk powder – 5 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut – 5 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 cup/230 gram
  • Water – 1 cup

Instructions

  • To make the tastiest Makhana Milk cake, place a pan on flame, add 80 grams of Foxnut, and dry roast well on medium flame.
  • After 2 minutes, transfer the Foxnut to a plate and let it cool.
  • Next step – add Foxnut in to a grinding jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
  • Next step – add 5 tbsp of milk powder & 5 tbsp of desiccated coconut into makhana powder and mix well.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 cup of sugar and one cup of water, and melt the sugar.
  • After the syrup consistency is near one string consistency, then turn off the flame.
  • Next step – little by little, add Makhana Powder mixture into the sugar syrup and mix well.
  • Next step – turn on the flame and cook the Makhana Milk cake for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, turn off the flame and transfer it to a grease tray.
  • Next step – spread well and let it set.
  • Next step – cut your Makhana Milk cake into small pieces.
  • Next step – garnish your Makhana Milk cake with almonds and pistachio.
