- Leftover Rice – 1.5 cup
- Chocolate – 300 gm
- Hot Water – 3 tbsp
- Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
- To make the amazing leftover rice chocolate cake, take 1.5 cups of leftover rice.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add water, and boil well.
- After the water starts boiling, place the glass bowl, add 300 grams of dark chocolate, and melt it.
- After the chocolate melts, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now take a grinding jar, add leftover rice, melted chocolate, and three tablespoons of hot water, and prepare a fine paste.
- Now take a greased cake tin and place a piece of butter paper in it.
- Now transfer the prepared paste into the cake tin and spread it evenly.
- Now keep the cake tin in the fridge for 3–4 hours.
- After 3–4 hours, take out the cake tin from the fridge and de-mold it.
