Materials
- Lal Mirch – 100 Gm
- Lahsun – 50 gm
- Curd/Chach – 1 Cup
- Water
- Salt
- Jeera
- Oil for Fry
Instructions
- To make the perfect Lal Mirch Lahsun Ki Chutney, soak it in Chach (curd) for 2 hours.
- After two hours, crush the chillies and make a coarse paste.
- Now add coriander leaves and stem and crush well.
- Now add 2 garlic cloves and crush well.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of nigella seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
- After a few seconds, add 1 tablespoon of garlic cloves and roast a little.
- Now add chutney paste and cook well.
- Now add water to adjust the consistency, and cook well.
- After the chutney releases the oil, turn off the flame and serve your chutney.
