Lahsun Adrak Hari Mirch Ka Achar Recipe | Lahsun Mirch ka Achar | Ginger Garlic Chilli Pickle Recipe
Materials
- Green chilli – 150 grams
- Red Chili Garlic – 150 gram
- Ginger – 100 grams
- Salt – 2 tbsp
- Nigella Seeds – 1 tsp
- White Vinegar – 4 tbsp
- Coriander Seed – 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
- Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
- Yellow Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard Oil – 7 tbsp
- Red Chili – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Carom Seed/Ajwain – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make Lahsun Adrak Hari Mirch Ka Achar, first take 150 grams of green& red chilli, 100 grams of Peeled ginger, 150 grams of peeled garlic, and wash everything well.
- Now, take a towel and clean & dry all ingredients.
- Now, remove the stalks of all green chilli.
- Now, divide all Ingredients into two parts.
- Now, take one part of the Ingredients and cut them into small pieces.
- Now, take a chopper, and one by one, add remaining ginger, garlic, and green chilli and chop well.
- Now, add roughly chopped ingredients into finely chopped ingredients and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of Kalonji/Nigella Seeds, and mix well.
- Now add 4 tbsp of white vinegar and mix well.
- Now cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Now, take a pan and add 2 tbsp of coriander seeds, 2 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of methi dana, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Now, place the pan on flame and roast well for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now add all roasted ingredients into a grinding jar and make a coarse powder, and your achar masala is ready.
- Now, again, place the pan on flame and add 7 tbsp of mustard oil and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, turn off the flame and let it a little cool.
- Now check the chopped Achar mix and add 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of crushed carom seeds and mix everything well.
- Now add prepared achar masala, hot mustard oil(as required), and mix well.
- Now, take a glass jar and wash it with hot water and dry well.
- Now heat the charcoal on flame, and it is hot take out it on a plate.
- Now sprinkle asafoetida on hot charcoal and place the glass jar on top of it.
- Now, fill prepared Achar into a glass jar and add hot oil on top of it.
- Now your Lahsun Adrak Hari Mirch Ka Achar is completely ready, and you can enjoy it

Lahsun Adrak Hari Mirch Ka Achar Recipe – Step By Step
