Kesar Peda Recipe | How to make Kesar Peda at Home | Saffron Peda Recipe
Materials
- Soft Cheese – 400 grams
- Sugar Powder – 1/2 cup
- Milk Powder – 4 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut – 4 tbsp
- Orange food colour
Instructions
- To make amazing Kesar Peda first take, 400 grams of cheese.
- Now, cut the cheese into small pieces and add the pieces into a grinding jar.
- Now grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now, take a kadhai and transfer Paneer Paste into it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar powder and mix well.
- Now, place the pan on flame and cook well until it starts leaving the pan.
- After placing the pan on flame, add saffron milk(1 tbsp hot milk + saffron strands) into the pan and mix well.
- After some time, add 4 tbsp of milk powder and mix well and cook.
- After mixing milk powder, add 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut and mix well.
- After the mix become a little thick, add 1 pinch of saffron food color and mix well.
- After the mix becomes thick and starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a plate.
- Now knead the Peda mix well and prepare a smooth Dough.
- Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a Peda with Peda Press as you want.
- Now garnish the Peda with Saffron strands and Pistachio.
- Now your amazing Kesar Peda is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
