Materials
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom – 3 pcs
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Milk Powder – 1 cup
- Chopped Pistachio – 1 tbsp
- Kesar Milk – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- To make the amazing Kalakand Roll, take a grinding jar, add 1/2 cup of sugar, 2-3 cardamoms, and make a fine powder.
- Now add 200 grams of paneer and 3-4 tbsp of desiccated coconut into the grinding jar and blend well with sugar powder.
- Now transfer the mix into a bowl.
- Now add 1 cup of milk powder, chopped pistachio, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/4 cup of saffron milk, mix well, and prepare a dough.
- Now make a roll with the dough, like the following image.
- Now garnish the roll with pistachios and roll it into a piece of butter paper.
- Now keep the roll in the fridge for 6-7 minutes.
- After 6-7 minutes, take out the roll from the fridge and remove the butter paper.
- Now cut the roll into small pieces.
