Kalakand Barfi Recipe | Paneer Kalakand Recipe | How to make Kalakand at Home
Materials
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Milk Powder
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Pistachio
- Rose Petals
Instructions
- To make the perfect Kalakand Barfi, take 200 grams of Paneer.
- Next step – grate the Paneer with the help of a medium size grater.
- Next step – transfer the grated Paneer into a Kadhai.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of milk and mix everything well.
- Next step – place the kadhai on flame, and cook the barfi mix on low-medium flame.
- After the mix turns thick, add 1/4 cup of sugar, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After two minutes, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
- After the Barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a greased tray.
- Next step – spread the barfi, garnish it with chopped pistachio & rose petals and let it set for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, check your barfi and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your perfect Kalakand Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
