Materials
- Brown Chickpeas – 1 Cup
- Cumin/Jeera – 1 tsp
- Coriander – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1 pcs
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala
- Chopped Coriander
- Leaves Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
- Oil
- Oil for Fry
Instructions
- To make the amazing Kala Chana Pakora, take 1 cup of kala chana and soak it for 5–6 hours.
- Now take a grinding jar, add soaked chana (remove the excess water before adding), 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, and make a coarse paste.
- Now transfer the paste into a bowl and add 2-3 chopped green chillies, 1 inch of grated ginger, 1 chopped onion, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and chopped coriander.
- Now add 2 tablespoons of rice flour and a little oil, and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- Now, one by one, take a small portion of the mix and drop it into the hot oil.
- After the pakora turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect Kala Chana Pakora is completely ready.
Green Chutney Recipe
- To make the perfect green chutney, take a grinding jar and add a handful of coriander.
- Now add 4-5 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, salt, and lemon juice.
- Now add a little water and prepare a thick paste.
- Now your perfect green chutney is also ready, and you can enjoy it with your amazing Kala Chana Pakora.
