  • Chopped Coriander
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Sabudana Jowar Thalipeeth, take a bowl, and add one chopped carrot, one grated potato, 1/2 cup of cabbage, and 1/2 cup of Sabudana.
  • Now add 1 tsp of chopped green chili, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts, sorghum flour, 2 tbsp of curd, and lemon juice.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of sugar, chopped coriander, and 2 tsp of oil, and mix everything well.
  • Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
  • Now add a small portion of dough, spread it well on the pan, and make a small hole in it.
  • Sprinkle oil on Thalipeeth, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After two minutes, flip the Thalipeeth and roast until golden.
