Materials
- Carrot – 2
- Potato – 1
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup
- Sago – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Green Chili – 1 tsp
- Ginger
- Roasted Peanut – 2 tbsp
- Sorgum
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the perfect Sabudana Jowar Thalipeeth, take a bowl, and add one chopped carrot, one grated potato, 1/2 cup of cabbage, and 1/2 cup of Sabudana.
- Now add 1 tsp of chopped green chili, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts, sorghum flour, 2 tbsp of curd, and lemon juice.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of sugar, chopped coriander, and 2 tsp of oil, and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- Now add a small portion of dough, spread it well on the pan, and make a small hole in it.
- Sprinkle oil on Thalipeeth, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After two minutes, flip the Thalipeeth and roast until golden.
- After the Thalipeeth turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
