Materials
- 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
- 3/4 cup Grated Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Dry Fruits for Garnishing
Instructions
- To make Nariyal Gud Barfi, place a pan on flame, and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut.
- Now, roast it well and stir continuously on a low flame.
- After coconut turns golden, add 3/4 cup of crushed jaggery.
- Now turn the flame and to low and mix well and cook.
- Now, little by little, add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan.
- Now add 1 tsp of crushed cardamom powder and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with oil.
- Now transfer barfi mix to the tray and spread well.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachio and cashew nut.
- Now, let it set for 15 minutes.
- Now, cut the burfi into small pieces.
- Now your Delicious Coconut Gub Barfi is ready, and you can enjoy it.
