- Samak Chawal – 1 cup
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Peanut Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Grated Potato – 1
- Grated Bottle Gourd – 1 cup
- Rock Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Peanut – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Clarified Butter
For Instant Vrat Chutney
- Coriander
- Mint Leaves
- Greeen Chilli – 1 to 2
- Ginger
- Rock Salt
- Lemon Juice
- Water
- Curd – 1 bowl
Instructions
- To make the amazing Instant Vrat Ka Khana, take 1 cup of Samak rice and soak for 2 hours.
- Next step: take a grinding jar, add soaked rice and 3/4 cup of water, make a fine paste, and transfer the paste into a bowl.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, and heat well.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of ginger paste, 2-3 chopped green chilies, and curry leaves, and mix well.
- Next step: transfer the prepared tempering to the prepared paste.
- Next step: add one grated potato and 1 cup of grated bottle gourd, 1 tsp of rock salt, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 2 tbsp of peanut powder, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, grease it with ghee, and heat well.
- Next step: add a ladle full batter, spread well, and cook on a low-medium flame for a minute with a closed lid.
