Materials
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Peanut – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Potato – 2
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Water – 4 bowl
- Rock Salt
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Chopped Coriander
For Instant Vrat Dip
- Curd – 1 bowl
- Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Rock Salt as per taste
- Chopped Green chilli – 1
- Chopped Cucumber
- Oil
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
Instructions
- To make the amazing Sabudana Khichdi, take one bowl of Sabudana and wash well 2-3 times.
- After washing the Sabudana, drain the water and keep the Sabudana aside.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of Ghee, and heat.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and let it crackle.
- After the cumin seeds crackle, add 3 tbsp of peanuts and two diced potatoes and roast well.
- Next step – add 2-3 chopped green chilli and 1 inch of grated ginger, and roast well on medium flame.
- Next step – add washed Sabudana and roast a little.
- After the Sabudana absorbs the Ghee, add four bowls of water and mix well.
- Next step – add rock salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and mix well.
- Next step – close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, add one chopped tomato and mix well.
- Next step – cover the lid and cook for 1-1.5 minutes.
- After 1.5 minutes, turn off the flame, add chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now your perfect Sabudana Khichdi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

- To make the instant Dip, take one bowl of curd and whisk well.
- Next step – add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, rock salt, chopped green chilli, and chopped cucumber, and mix well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add little oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and curry leaves and turn off the flame.
- Next step – pour the prepared tempering on the curd dip.
- Now your perfect Instant Dip is ready, and you can enjoy it with Sabudana Khichdi.
