- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 cup 250 ml
- Skimmed Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
- Grated Paneer – 200 gm
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the amazing instant milk cake, place a Kadhai on flame, add 1/2 cup of sugar, and caramelize it on low flame.
- After the sugar turns brown, turn off the flame and stir continuously.
- Now, little by little, add 1 cup of milk and mix well.
- After the milk starts curdling, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now turn off the flame and mix well.
- Now turn on the flame and cook on low flame.
- Now add 200 grams of grated paneer and mix well.
- After the mix turns thick, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix well.
- Now add cardamom powder and mix everything well.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix into a greased tray.
- Now let it set for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the kalakand and cut it into pieces.
